Programs

  • CrossFit classes are #timberstrong with strategically designed weekly strength training workouts but there's more than that:

  • TMBR Move, a 45 minute workout primarily with body weight through low and high intensity intervals

  • StrongMan, based on our CrossFit programming using additional implements for higher functional range

  • TMBR Flex, a class for active recovery and increasing your range of motion so your workouts and life are more flexible

COACHES

Of our eleven amazing coaches, most have over five years experience including three Level 2 Trainers, four Level 1 Trainers.  But what really matters is that our long time and brand new athletes are constantly expressing appreciation to coaches who go above and beyond to make a difference in their workouts.

EQUIPMENT AND SPACE

The new space looks amazing but with more than 60 new pieces of equipment to life, pull and push, your routine will never get old – dumbbells, stones, yoke, farmers carry, logs.
