All of our classes - TMBR Move, TMBR Flex, and CrossFit - are coach-led so you'll get instruction, demonstration, correction and guidance from beginning to end.
*Peak classes are reserved for Unlimited Memberships include the 4:30pm classes Monday through Friday. There are more than two dozen other class times available each week to Guests, Drop Ins, and athletes with Limited, Promotional or Introductory packages.
