First time?  No problem! Email crossfittimber@gmail.com to find out which class is best to attend for your first time and then arrive 15 minutes before class starts to meet the coach and sign-in. 

 
 

All of our classes are coach-led so you'll get instruction, demonstration, correction and guidance from beginning to end. 

Mid Morning classes start between 8am and noon

Late Evening classes start at or after 6pm
