First time?  No problem! Call us at 503.593.7092 or email crossfittimber@gmail.com for a brief introduction.  For your first session, arrive 15 minutes before it starts to meet the coach and sign-in.  Please note that Peak* sessions are reserved for Unlimited Memberships.

All of our classes - TMBR Move, TMBR Flex, Strongman and CrossFit - are coach-led so you'll get instruction, demonstration, correction and guidance from beginning to end. 

*Peak classes are reserved for Unlimited Memberships include the 4:30pm classes Monday through Friday.   There are more than two dozen other class times available each week to Guests, Drop Ins, and athletes with Limited, Promotional or Introductory packages.
